With so many providers and services, how do you know which one is right for you?

Picking the wrong provider can be expensive, and let's face it, it's just a pain. Here we'll give you an overview of services, and some tips on choosing the right provider for you.

Frequently Asked Questions - General

How do I know who I can trust?

There are two main ways to find a provider you can trust. Firstly, if they've got our green verified mark on their profile you know you can trust them. We only give this to providers where we've checked their professional registration and various insurances needed. The second way is to check out their ratings and social media.

What's the difference between them all?

This is a hard one. With so many services to choose from it's impossible to describe the specific differences between them all. That said, the easiest way to think about differences is that different professions all look at health and wellness, it's causes and malfunctions, in slightly different ways and so use different sets of tools. So you might find a Chiropractor doesn't fit your neck problem, but maybe Acupunture will.

Are all providers in the same profession the same?

This one is easy. No, they're not. Being part of a profession means that provider has undergone specific training to a specific level. After that, the providers will develop their own way of working. That might be specialising in a certain condition or treatment type, or they may or may not be experienced in your particular need. It's best to check out what providers say their specialties are, and if you're still not sure, drop them a message.

I want to lose weight, what do I do?

Again, this is a hard one. Weight loss and gain has many factors. It could be something as simple as a better more balanced diet, or it could be something more difficult such as a persons' psychological relationship with food. This is why when you search for what you need on SimplyBreeze we'll show you all the providers that can help. In this case, it could be anyone from a nutritionist to a psychologist to a personal trainer.

My provider isn't verified, does this mean they're not trustworthy?

Not at all. Providers can choose whether they want us to verify them or not. There are lots of reasons why a provider might not be verified, from time issues to cost. If you're unsure, ask to see their qualifications and insurance, it's not rude don't worry. But if you're still not happy, pick a provider we've verified for your peace of mind.

What does 'specializing in' actually mean?

Providers choose which special interests they have. Developing a special interest can be an informal interest through to the completion of advanced post-graduate training. If you're looking for a provider with specialist skills specifically, we would always advise contacting the providers to ask them what qualifies their specialisation. They won't be offended don't worry!
