As a member of the professional body The British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) I abide by their ethics. I am also registered with The Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council, a regulatory body which provides a voluntary register of complementary medicine practitioners in the UK.; This means you're in safe hands as I have completed a rigorous evidence-based course and continue with the required CPD and supervision.; My nutrition journey began when I was diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disease in my 30's. I found modifying my diet through my own research brought relief, gave me more energy and helped me cope. Fast forward to my 50's; I can empathise with debilitating menopausal symptoms that affect your relationships and career. My eating habits certainly made a difference to symptoms and fine tuning including stress reduction made a huge difference that I wanted to share my success with others.; Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine; My passion has always been promoting health and beauty from within, specialising in non-invasive facial treatments for skin conditions and rejuvenation for over 15 years.
