A little bit about Heather Lickley

I trained as a Nutritional Therapist after recovering from surgery and also looking after family members who were suffering with food intolerances. I believe that many people are treated by the NHS and are supposedly better but still do not feel "well". Eating good food can have a huge impact on how you feel physically and mentally. I can support you to make sustainable food and lifestyle changes. As a mother of teenagers, I understand the pressures of family life that can impact on good nutrition.. Everyone is different and all I love cooking and showing people how nutritious food can taste very good and is not difficult to prepare. I do talks for business and groups and always have samples for them and for clients to try. I like to support clients on an ongoing basis as your personal health improvement is my aim.
