Whether it is nutrition around pregnancy, healthy vegan diets or key nutrients for older adults, I can help you get the most out of your food. My aim is to provide you with practical advice that is easy to understand and evidence-based.. Individual Consultations. Over the last several months I have moved all my Nutrition Consultations online via Zoom. Don't worry if you struggle with technology, I can send you instructions on how the consultations work to ensure everything goes smoothly.. An initial consultation of up to 60 minutes will explore your previous and current diet and lifestyle, your current health and well-being, and any diet or food related issues you may have. I will provide you with advice tailored to your specific needs, and help you set goals that are realistic and achievable. You will benefit from a personalised plan that matches your individual requirements and will be given the right information and advice to ensure you maintain your goals once you have achieved them.. Follow-up consultations last around 40 minutes, depending on your needs. These can be arranged as and when required.. Workplace Talks. Nutrition can have a positive impact on the physical and mental health of your staff – from supporting their immune system and helping them manage stress, to aiding their sleep and energy levels.. Unfortunately, there are many confusing nutrition messages and myths from various sources.. I offer engaging talks to help your workforce gain a better understanding of their nutritional needs and provide practical suggestions on how to eat more healthily. These talks can be delivered online, or in person (where possible).. Feedback from previous workplace talks:. “Laura has a professional approach and was great at making the session really interesting and engaging for all of our staff. We really enjoyed the session!" Tiffany Nicol, iZettle. “I found Laura to be very easy-going, informative and she pitched at just the right level…I particularly enjoyed the breakdown of the macro ingredients and how they affect the body” Staff member, DLA Piper. “Thank you very much for taking the time to come to site and give the presentation. We found it very informative and I know a few are already reviewing their diets” Kenny McLellan, Dunbia. Contact me at for more details on the workplace wellness support I offer.
