These methods of communication are really easy to use and the consultation process is exactly the same as when you come into my clinic.. I see clients with a range of different symptoms but have a special interest in busy women who struggle with issues such as stubborn weight loss, low energy, poor digestion and hormone imbalances.. I graduated with a degree in Nutritional Medicine in 2011 and since then it has been incredibly rewarding for me to see how my knowledge has been able to help improve the health and well-being of so many people - just like you!. My Approach. I am passionate about the benefits that a good diet can have and believe that everyone can gain health improvements from eating nutritious food. Having said that, choosing nutritional therapy does not mean that you have to cut out all of the foods that you enjoy. This eating plan is not a gimmick, there are no shakes or point counting just nutrient dense food which will keep you nourished and sated and therefore less likely to make unhealthy food choices.. Even the most nutrient dense foods are worthless if there is inadequate digestion as the absorption of nutrients will be compromised.
