A little bit about Ola Molade

I help tired, overly busy and overweight professionals feel themselves again.. In particular, I work with professionals that might be experiencing uncomfortable symptoms related to weight gain or have been advised by a doctor to reduce their weight. I help such individuals improve (or eradicate) their symptoms through food.. A little about me.... I tried all types of diets and quick fixes, I bought “spanx” to improve my silhouette and my clothes vary between 4 different sizes.. I remember when I tried this drink that was supposed to “cleanse” me and suppress my appetite. I was looking for a short cut to losing some weight.. The drink did make me feel full. However, I also developed problems with my joints and spots. I didn't initially put two and two together. What gave me pause for thought was that the cup I was routinely using for this drink (I'm a creature of habit:)) started to discolour pretty badly on the inside. Once I figured it was the drink making the cup discolour, I started to wonder what the drink might be doing to my insides?. After that, I swore to myself that I will be much more aware of what I'm putting into my body and started to focus more on whole, real food. I guess this was one of the triggers for me wanting to understand nutrition better. My search eventually led me to complete a diploma in nutrition and weight management and I guess one thing has led to another so here I am helping people achieve improved health through better nutrition.. I do not sell any special foods or drinks as part of the support I offer to clients.. I have learned via trial and error that there really are no short cuts to regaining one's health; and, as a result of all the studying I had to do to obtain my diploma, I now understand how different foods impact our physical and mental wellbeing as well as our weight.. On the flip side, I have also learned how our mental wellbeing impacts our ability to burn energy and / or select the right foods to eat.. To that end, I now use Transformational Coaching tools and strategies to help my clients consider mindset factors that might be impacting habits and eating patterns.. It really is possible to change food preferences and habits so that losing weight and more importantly maintaining a healthy weight becomes part of one's nature..
