I offer a range of support options depending on what you are looking for:. If you want to make sure you are following a healthy, varied diet and are never stuck for inspiration then my meal planning subscription service, The Plant Plan, is for you. For an annual fee you get to join a community of people that are passionate about healthy eating. Every month you get inspiring recipes, meal plans and even your shopping list. All recipes are suitable for vegans and vegetarians. I also provide optional extras for many recipes if you are an omnivore looking for colourful veg based meals but want to include some meat or fish.. My group programmes enable you to dig deeper into a topic and adapt your food choices to suit your needs. I run a range of different programmes throughout the year. Some virtual, some in person. If you have a specific topic in mind then email me but otherwise you can join my mailing list to be the first to hear about webinars, programmes and events.. If you have specific health goals and are looking for something more bespoke then a one to one consultation is for you. After an initial appointment where we explore your goals, your health needs and your current diet and lifestyle, we will develop a meal plan individually tailored to you. I will check in on your progress and we can tweak as we go along to make sure the programme works perfectly for you. During COVID I have a small number of face to face appointments available but am also offering online appointments.
