A little bit about Esther Donoff

I work with people who are seeking to improve their health and slow down or prevent the onset of chronic disease through nutrition and lifestyle. I consider each individual to be unique, and provide detailed personalised nutrition and lifestyle interventions to address nutritional imbalances, with individual support to help people to achieve their health goals and achieve optimum well-being, rather than a “one size fits all” approach.. I help individuals with a wide variety of health complaints, including fatigue-related conditions, stress, energy, gut problems, to name a few. I also help individuals who are trying to manage their weight, recovering from an eating disorder, planning a family, pregnancy, breastfeeding or peri/post-menopausal, or would just like to support their health and well-being now and for the future. My mission is to help you alleviate your symptoms and feel fantastic whilst enjoying your food in a way that fits in with your lifestyle.. I am a registered nutritional therapist working with clients from Edgware, Burnt Oak, Mill Hill, Stanmore, Borehamwood, Elstree, Radlett and surrounding areas. I see clients at the Natural Gateway Clinic in Borehamwood and Edgcare private GP practice in Edgware. Skype consultations can be arranged, although face-to-face consultations are preferable.. If you are not sure if nutritional therapy is appropriate for you, please contact me to arrange a free 15 minute telephone consultation.
